Our Website Services
All prices on the fishbuff website (fishbuff.com), receipt, and all charges made by fishbuff are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We endeavour to keep our price list up to date. Our price list is available on our shop page, and we reserve the right to amend prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website; however, we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
Images have been provided as accurately as possible; however, we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour, nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options for that product.
Product Orders
When you order from us, we require your name, delivery address, email address, and other details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however, by providing it to us, you accept that we are not liable for any misuse arising from transmission errors, viruses, or malware.
Payments
We accept payment by PayPal and debit & credit cards with VISA, MasterCard, and JCB logos. We also accepted Cryptocurrency payments provided by CoinPayments, OpenNode, and AURPAY. Local bank transfers are available only via ACH and SEPA.
Shipping Orders
All shipments for retail orders will be made only through the transhipper, per the shipping schedule provided for each destination country/region. The shipping date will be communicated and updated periodically.

Cancelling Orders
No order lines are eligible for cancellation once the order has been packed and shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but we are happy to replace or refund any order that meets our claims policy.
Claim Orders
All claims of orders can be made at least 24 hours after the package is received. Customers can submit their claims by email to support@fishbuff.com or via WhatsApp at (+62) 821-3871-8445.
Dead on Arrival (D.O.A)
In the unlikely event that you do receive a dead fish, you must contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Any claims after this will not be honoured.
In case of D.O.A., please send us a clear picture of the dead fish with the unopened bag. Customers can submit their claim and choose to request a refund or a replacement.
Misdescription
These claims involve losses arising from discrepancies in the item, resulting in customer dissatisfaction or loss. In this case, the customer is obliged to explain their loss or dissatisfaction. If eligible, you are entitled to a refund of the full price you paid for the item.
Note: Customers are prohibited from reporting complaints to any media. The warranty is void if the buyer runs a negative campaign. Warranty void if the customer abandons the package at the transhipper for more than 3 (three) days.
Refund
Refunds can only be issued for claims that meet our claims policy. Any eligible claims will be entitled to a full refund.
Every refund in case of claims will be returned to the initial funding source only.
