We can do direct export for large orders with a special price by registered business entities or importing companies, who have all of the legalities needed such as import permits by the authorized party to carry out direct import activities.
How to Order
Step 1
Customers send wholesale inquiries to info@fishbuff.com or WhatsApp at (+62) 821-3871-8445 with product list, quantity, company/ business name, and shipping address with a 3-letter airport code.
The price list can be downloaded here. Please fill in the order quantity you want and send it back to us.
Step 2
We will check your order and send a proforma invoice for the customer’s approval. The document will contain a list of payments (fish cost, freight cost, documents fee, packing & shipping cost). We will work within 24 hours after receiving the inquiry details from the customer.
Step 3
Customer confirms the order and we will start to prepare documents for shipment, book space on the nearest arrival date, and process fish quarantine.
Payment
Payment in full payment first, by Bank transfer BIC/SWIFT, ACH, SEPA.
Packaging
All specimens are packed in pressurized oxygenated double plastic bags. The bags are packed in polystyrene boxes. All bags are labeled with code and qty of the fish conformable with an invoice.
Documents
Normally we will provide these important documents with the shipment: Invoice, Packing List, Airway bill, and Health Certificate (issued by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Indonesia).
Some countries may need more documents or special declarations. Please inform us in advance.
Minimum Order
We required a minimum order of at least 4 to 5 boxes with an approximate weight of 100 kilograms. The quantity of fish that can be put in one box depends on the type and size of the fish, you can see the quantity of each kind of fish that can fit in one box in our stock list.
Freight Charge
Freight charges are based on the actual price from the airline and freight forwarder and we shall not consider this charge as our profit.

Guarantee & DOA Policy
Any D.O.A. (dead on arrival) must be reported within 2 hours of its arrival. We will replace dead fish on the next order, which is calculated with the percentage of freight expense or will be a credit by money (freight charges not included).
To file a claim please provide us with clear photos or videos of the deceased fish in the unopened bag.
Any mortality happens if a flight is delayed because of engine trouble or misconnection flight with approval and receipt signed by one of the cargo officers as a witness from the airline involved or other causes beyond our power, the loss must be shared between the shipper and consignee of each a half (50%).
