When you order live fish from our shop page, your purchase is backed by our Live Arrival Guarantee, 2-Day and 5-Day Arrive Alive. If you experience a loss within the guarantee timeframe of your purchase, please submit your claim by email to support@fishbuff.com nebo prostřednictvím aplikace WhatsApp na adrese (+62) 821-3871-8445.

Please note that we may request additional information for both 2-Day and 5-Day Arrive Alive, such as water tests, salinity tests, details about tank mates, and information about the filtration system, to finalize the claim process. Claims cannot be processed if damage or death occurs to the aquatic life within the guarantee period due to the predatory or aggressive behavior of tank mates. Claims will also not be processed if the aquatic life dies within the guarantee period due to jumping out of the tank.
