Why does it take so long to get my fish?

We ship retail orders only through a transhipper. Shipments are made based on their available monthly schedule, which is set by the transhipper itself.
Several countries that may not have a large enough shipping volume usually have very limited schedules.

What if my fish arrives dead?

V případě, že obdržíte mrtvou rybu, musíte nás kontaktovat do 24 hodin od jejího příchodu. Na pozdější reklamace nebude brán zřetel.
