We ship our fish for retail orders only to certain countries. How long will it take to receive my fish?

You will typically receive your order in 7-14 business days. In some cases, it will take a month.

Why does it take so long to get my fish?

We ship retail orders only through a transhipper. Shipments are made based on their available monthly schedule, which is set by the transhipper itself.
Several countries that may not have a large enough shipping volume usually have very limited schedules.
If you want to make sure when the right time is to place your order, you can contact us first.

What if my fish arrives dead?
