We do not offer returns or exchanges, but we are happy to replace any order that meets our claims policy.
We ship retail orders only through a transhipper. Shipments are made according to the transhipper’s monthly schedule.
Several countries that may not have sufficient shipping volume often have very limited schedules.

In the unlikely event that you do receive a dead fish, you must contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Any claims after that will not be honored.
In case of D.O.A., please send us a clear picture of the dead fish in an unopened bag. Customer can submit their claim by email at support@fishbuff.com or via WhatsApp at (+62) 821-3871-8445.
