We ship retail orders only through a transhipper. Shipments are made based on their available monthly schedule, which is set by the transhipper itself.
Several countries that may not have a large enough shipping volume usually have very limited schedules.

D.O.A.の場合は、未開封の袋に入った死んだ魚の鮮明な写真をお送りください。クレームはメール（support@fishbuff.com）またはWhatsApp (+62) 821-3871-8445にて承ります。
返品・交換は承っておりませんが、クレームポリシーに該当するご注文は喜んで交換させていただきます。
