We ship live fish Worldwide with D.O.A warranty. Shipments are provide by transhipper.

What is Transhipper

Transhipper is basically a middleman between buyer and/or an importer/ exporter, who have a licensed to export/ import of particular item such as live fish.

Why Should I Need Transhipper

By law all Live Animals entering any country must come through a licensed import agent (Transhipper), who can take of all the legalities needed by the authorized party such as Dept. of Fish & Wildlife to enter the country legally.

Is there an Additional Cost Needed For International Shipping

Yes!
Basically most of every item comes from overseas may be subject to customs processing and additional charges once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. This has to be different when the shimpents is done by the transhipper, where all the customs processing and additional charges all converted as a service fee to the local transhipper.

Please note that different transhipper may charged less fees and some are more. Usually they will charged the service fee as a import fee & domestic shipping cost.
