At fishbuff, we are committed to providing services that cater to all customer segments, regardless of the size of your business. We pride ourselves on our versatility, serving all customer segments, from small business owners to large companies. Wholesale customers with a limited number of shipments can place an order directly on our website through the bulk order<\/a> menu. We offer direct export for large orders at a special price to registered business entities or importing companies that have all the required legalities, such as import permits from the authorized party to carry out direct import activities.

How to Order<\/h3>\n

Step 1<\/h4>\n

Customers send wholesale inquiries to info@fishbuff.com or via WhatsApp at (+62) 821-3871-8445, including a product list, quantity, company\/business name, and shipping address with a 3-letter airport code.
\nThe price list can be downloaded here<\/a>. Please enter the quantity you want and send it back to us.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/h4>\n

We will check your order and send a proforma invoice for the customer\u2019s approval. The document will contain a list of payments (fish cost, freight cost, documents fee, packing & shipping cost). We will work within 24 hours of receiving the customer’s inquiry details.<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/h4>\n

Customer confirms the order, and we will start preparing documents for shipment, booking space on the earliest available arrival date, and processing fish quarantine.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h3>\n

We only accept on a Payment in Advance (PIA) basis. which means the customer must pay the full amount before the order is processed or shipped. Payment can be made by Bank transfer, BIC\/SWIFT, ACH, or SEPA.<\/p>\n

Packaging<\/h3>\n

All specimens are packed in pressurized oxygenated double plastic bags. The bags are packed in polystyrene boxes. All bags are labeled with the fish code and quantity, as per the invoice.<\/p>\n

Documents<\/h3>\n

Normally, we will provide these important documents with the shipment: Invoice, Packing List, Airway bill, and Health Certificate (issued by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Indonesia).
\nSome countries may need more documents or special declarations. Please inform us in advance.<\/p>\n

Minimum Order<\/h3>\n

We required a minimum order of 4 to 5 boxes, with an approximate weight of 100 kilograms. The quantity of fish that can be put in one box depends on the type and size of the fish. You can see the quantity of each fish type that fits in one box in our stock list.<\/p>\n

Freight Charge<\/h3>\n

Freight charges are based on the actual prices from the airline and freight forwarder, and we shall not consider these charges as our profit.

\nCITIES (for CITIES listed items) $5\/ item or $200\/ shipments (for large orders).
\nOther costs, such as COO\/ AWB\/ MAWB, FSC, etc., depend on the destination countries and the airlines.<\/p>\n

Guarantee & DOA Policy<\/h3>\n

D.O.A. (dead on arrival) must be reported within 2 hours of its arrival. We will replace dead fish on the next order, calculated as a percentage of the freight expense, or issue a money refund (freight charges not included).
To file a claim, please provide us with clear photos or videos of the deceased fish in the unopened bag.
