Where do we Ship to

We ship live fish Worldwide with a D.O.A. warranty. Shipments are provided by the transhipper.

What is Transhipper

A transhipper is basically a middleman between a buyer and/or an importer/exporter who has a license to export/import a particular item, such as live fish.

Why Should I Need Transhipper

By law, all Live Animals entering any country must come through a licensed import agent (Transhipper), who can take care of all the legalities needed by the authorized party, such as the Department of Fish & Wildlife, to enter the country legally.

Is there an Additional Cost Needed For International Shipping

Yes!
Basically, almost every item imported from overseas may be subject to customs processing and additional charges upon arrival in the recipient’s country. This has to be different when shipments are handled by the transhipper, where all customs processing and additional charges are billed as a service fee by the local transhipper.

Please note that different transhippers may charge different amounts. Some may charge less, and others may charge more. Usually, they will charge the service fee as an import fee & domestic shipping cost.
