You will typically receive your order in 7-14 business days. In some cases, it will take a month.

We ship retail orders only through a transhipper. Shipments are made based on their available monthly schedule, which is set by the transhipper itself.
Several countries that may not have a large enough shipping volume usually have very limited schedules.
If you want to make sure when the right time is to place your order, you can contact us first.

In the unlikely event that you do receive a dead fish, you must ensure to contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Any claims after that will not be honored.
In case of D.O.A, please send us a clear picture of the dead fish in an unopened bag. Customer can submit their claim by email at support@fishbuff.com or WhatsApp through (+62) 821-3871-8445.

We do not offer any returns or exchanges but we are happy to replace any orders that meet our claims policy.
